We provide a first contact point for employees, managers and HRBPs for any inquiry or issue in relation with HR services. We ensure rapid and satisfactory resolution to enhance the employee experience and foster engagement and efficiency. We aim at delivering a consistent and world-class experience to all our employees and creating value for our Customers with great, highly engaged People.

As part of our HR Services team you will act as an HR Administration Specialist, contributing to build an easy HR Administration experience for our employees and promoting our HR digital technologies and solutions, to ensure seamless management of change.

What will you do?
  • Provide HR Administration services
  • Support Schneider Employees with their HR-related inquiries, always putting the employee at the center of your action
  • Build close relationship with HR community to solve employee's questions and respond to their needs
  • Participate in the deployment of digital solutions and continuous improvement activities


What will help you to be successful?
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Economia, Risorse Umane or similar
  • Good command of English
  • Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
  • 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service or in a similar role
  • Interest, knowledge and/or experience in HR would be your advantage
  • Result orientation and team-working skills
  • Pro-active attitude and innovation spirit
