Responsibilities: • Accountable for the end-to-end management of Digital Grid-driven physical and digital events, from strategy and messaging to execution coordination, stakeholder alignment, customer engagement, and post-event follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the Digital Grid International Marketing Strategy, ensuring alignment with global business ambition, regional priorities, and sales growth objectives, including owning the Marketing Budget for the Region.
• Own International messaging and positioning for the Digital Grid portfolio, ensuring clear differentiation around grid resilience, flexibility, DER integration, IT/OT convergence, AI-enabled operations, data-centric platforms, and low-voltage grid transformation.
• Define Digital Grid's engagement & marketing strategy for International events, conferences, webinars, workshops, Customer Advisory Boards, and executive forums.
• Accountable for the end-to-end management of Digital Grid-driven physical and digital events, from strategy and messaging to execution coordination, stakeholder alignment, customer engagement, and post-event follow-up.
• Lead the development of executive-level narratives, keynote storylines, media topics, customer-facing presentations, event messaging, and internal enablement materials.
• Support strategic offer launches in International markets, translating global launch plans into regionally relevant narratives and activation plans.
• Drive the International activation of the One Digital Grid Platform in collaboration with country MarCom teams, ensuring consistent positioning as an open, data-centric, AI-enabled software platform that connects planning, operations, and flexibility.
• Lead the AMSP plan to maximize country adoption of Digital Grid portfolio promotion, ensuring regional activation, sales engagement, and MarCom execution are aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Build and coordinate Account-Based Marketing campaigns tailored to International utility pain points, target accounts, and regional market maturity, in close collaboration with Sales, Regional Marketing, and external agencies.
• Coordinate with Sales on lead qualification, campaign follow-up, customer targeting, and pipeline development to maximize marketing contribution to business growth.
• Secure and amplify customer testimonials, case studies, success stories, and proof points in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Lead the Offer Referential campaign for Digital Grid to improve data quality, ensure proper offer classification, and support accurate booking allocation, business reporting, and portfolio performance visibility.
• Drive Lead Generation strongly and drive Marketing ROI
Education, Experience & Training required: - Proven Track record in Marketing IMPACT
- Bachelor's degree / Marketing / MBA
- 10/15+ years successful marketing / operational experience in the GRID industry
- Knowledge of CXO expectations in the GRID enterprise market (act at SME on Story telling)
- Able to successfully challenge Technical Teams on Simplification / Disruption with respect to Industry Market Messaging
- Experience developing and executing successful plans to drive pipeline growth
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics and business insight tools
- Management experience leading marketing professionals
- Strategic view: ability to see the world as "what could be" and create and sell a vision to get there
- Ability to bring new ideas to increase efficiency of existing processes
- Experience in cross-functional leadership
- Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written
- Excellent planning, time management, decision making, and organization skills resulting in consistent meeting of deadlines
- Presentational experience: in-person and via webinar to internal and external audiences
- Energetic, high performer willing to take initiative and drive visionary strategy across a team
