What will you do?- As a key member of our Industrial Automation team, you will strategically engage with target customers-primarily in the automotive industry across the Chubu region-to identify their needs and propose optimal solutions using Schneider Electric's portfolio of industrial automation products.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing Key Account Plans tailored to specific industries and end-users.
- Conducting customer needs analysis and clarifying business challenges.
- Proposing solutions from our industrial automation portfolio, including PLCs, HMIs, servos, and inverters.
- Preparing quotations and leading pricing negotiations.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to become a trusted long-term business partner.
- Collaborating with internal teams to support customer proposals and drive success.
- Planning and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitoring competitor activities and conducting market analysis.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful? To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- A bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in engineering or a related technical field).
- Knowledge or strong interest in industrial automation products.
- Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, inverters, and related technologies.
- Experience in consultative sales or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Practical experience in relevant industries.
- Intermediate-level English proficiency.
- Understanding of industrial software and networking technologies.
