In this role, you will provide essential operational support to the Sales team, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely invoices based on standard discounts or approved Special Price Agreements. You will collaborate closely with the Credit Manager to create new customer accounts in SAP.
What will you do: - Create Invoices, advance payments and Credit Notes using SAP
- Register orders and offers using SAP
- Support Sales Team with Special Price Agreements using an internal quotation tool (CPQ)
- Maintain manual fixed prices/promotions in SAP as per Marketing requests
- Create new customer accounts in SAP after Credit Manager approval
- Ensure proper functionality of digital platforms, including mySchneider and CPQ.
What will make you successful: - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Economics or relevant high education degree
- Fluent English language skills (written and oral)
- Experience with SAP ERP is considered an advantage
- Advanced PC Skills, especially regarding MS Office Suite
- Ability to use CRM and mobile applications
- Team player, ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
