What will you do?- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, mail and courier deliveries
- Provide support to our employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities
- Check invoices issued by courier companies based on expedition boundaries and/or requests made by Schneider Electric
- Receiving/handing over / sending documents/parcels/ messages from and to Schneider Electric employees in the interest of the service
- Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings and other related administrative documentation
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors where needed
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, events and training sessions
- Coordinate employee-related administrative programs and documents
- Keep the confidentiality of business information and Schneider Electric collaboration relationships.
What qualifications will help you succeed?- Previous experience in a receptionist, office assistant or customer-facing administrative role is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work with deadlines and support colleagues proactively
- University student or recent graduate (Business, Economics, Administration or related fields preferred).
