What will you do: - Drive main employee administration processes from onboarding to offboarding
- Performs workforce administration activities (i.e. preparation of employment related documents, update of HR tools) within a defined process in compliance with local law & regulations
- Administer personnel files and classify employment related documents
- Provide support and consultation to Employees regarding HR process and HR-related items
- Participate on HR digital tools implementation locally and regionally in partnership with global stakeholders and vendors
- Communicate with local authorities: Labour inspection, National Insurance Institute, National Revenue Agency and similar, providing all mandatory reports (regular and ad hoc)
- Triage employee enquiries via our ticketing system and build and update HR information available 24x7 based on subject matter's expertise
- Cultivate continued partnership within HR, other functions and vendors to ensure sustained service delivery.
Experience and skills we are looking for: - University degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Psychology
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration & Payroll
- Proficiency in English
- Deep knowledge of the local employment law, including the Labor Code, Social Security Code, and other relevant local legislation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at the same time;
- Ability to take initiative and work well within ambiguous environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively within/across teams, implementing structure and clarity.
