• 富士工場での職務規則や作業標準を順守しながら、CAR-Tの調整および凍結保存作業およびプロセス改善に従事する。

Aligning with the job rules and SOPs/WIs, operate the formulation and apheresis cryopreservation. When Process Kaizen is necessary, work to revise these process.

• 必要に応じてCAR-Tの入出荷プロセスの作業を行う。

As required Car-T product in coming/release operation on each of Car-T drug products.

• JJRC, 外部GMP/CGTP査察等からの指摘事項に関する継続的な改善をチームの一員として積極的に行う。

Actively participate in the Kaizen activities regarding any observations from JJRC Audits, external audits, or GMP/CGTP inspections.

• JJPS /JJOS・リーン/6sigmaを実践およびサポートすることで富士工場の改善カルチャー醸成を積極的に導く。

Perform and support for applying JJPS/JJOS and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies deployment to positively change and build capabilities in the site.

l富士工場の品質管理または文化の向上のため、チームの代表としてSME業務を行う。

Perform as the SME representative of the team to improve quality management or culture at the Fuji.

職務の要件 Job Requirement

教育/資格Education and Qualification:

• 大学・学士またはそれに相当する学位またはそれに準ずる学位

University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.

• MBA、リーン、シックスシグマがあれば尚良し
• Lean or Six Sigma certification recommended.

知識/経験 Knowledge and Experiences:

• GMP/CGTP知識と現場経験

Familiar with knowlege of GMP/CGTPs and experience in a frontline position

• リーン、シックスシグマ知識・経験

Familiar with knowlege of Lean or Six Sigma and project experience for it.

• 仕事研究問わず、２ 年以上のLabでの実験・研究・就業の経験

More than 2years experience of Lab. It is not mattering for Business or research.
