Regulatory compliance:

Ensure that the site complies with local EHS regulations and J& J EHS standards and guidelines.

Role& Responsibilities:

Ø Plan, implement, maintain the EHS annual plan

Ø Ensure the site complies with the local regulations and J& J EHS standards

Ø Drive and maintain IOSS (Integrated Ownership of Safety Systems) on site as the team lead and the team facilitator

Ø Support EHS-regulated change

Ø Ensure non-routine activities are implemented in a safe manner.

Ø Manage EHS documents

Ø Facilitate the internal audit process.

Ø Steering team member and also the facilitator of EHS Committee meeting.

Ø Take responsibilities and accountabilities for CAPAs and EHS projects

Ø Coach and support non-EHS people for their EHS performance and non-EHS people to improve their EHS skills and capabilities.

Ø Help the site and each department for continuous improvement in EHS culture as well as EHS programs.

Ø Facilitate Japan J& J EHS Council and engage in collaboration with Sukagawa site and EHW group Education/Experience:

2-3 years of EHS experience

Knowledge, Qualification and Skills:

Ø Education on EHS Internal Auditor

Ø Other specific trainings on Health/Environment/IH/Safety

Ø Knowledge, skills, capability of basic - intermediate EHS

Ø Collaboration and teamwork

Ø Facilitation, coaching and leadership skills

Ø English
