Job Description:

専門分野における高度な知識を要するプロジェクトを含め、工場内の空調、温度、監視設備、電気系のエンジニアリングプロジェクトや調査を企画•実施•指揮する。

•建物の使用、電機機械•空調設備の予防保全を確実に行い、工場内の最適な作業環境を維持、向上させる。プロジェクトの優先事項とスケジュ-ルを作成•推進しつつ、コストや経費を管理し、予算に沿った運営を行う。

•定められた形式で最終手順を作成して文書管理を行い、履歴保存のためにファイルや記録を入念に確認する。

•予算作成の目的で、機器、設置、労務、資材、準備その他関連経費を含む設計費の随時見積を提出する。

•独自の運用要件および建築•安全基準を満たすために必要な施設•機器の基準と性能仕様を提示する。

•事故調査を実施し、その結果を文書化する。


• 環境バリデ-ションの計画および実施 - 逸脱管理および変更管理を含むGMP関連業務 - 測定器のキャリブレ-ション

•上記に関して、他部門(特に品質部門および生産部門)との交渉•調整

< 安全関連業務＞

•安全関連手順の運用 - 新規設備導入時の安全機能の確認

• EHS委員会への参加および年間計画の策定•実施 - 協力会社(請負業者)への安全指導

•必須要件

•機械工学、電気工学、建築学の高専以上の学歴

•製造業の工場、建設プラント業界などにおける、類似業務経験4-6年

•あれば尚可

•PCスキル(Word、 Excel、 Power Point、email)

•英語力があれば尚可(英語のメ-ルが海外から来るため、アレルギ-な< 、翻訳ソフトなどを駆使して理解する意欲と能力があること)
