Are you ready to lead the complete customer project center in the Nordic Baltic Zone for Digital Energy?

We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the responsibility as the Application Center/ Projects Leader for Nordic Baltic Zone. You will head the country Project Operations teams and will be pivotal in ensuring the success of customer projects, with a keen focus on improving profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will be part of the Nordic leadership team and report to the VP Digital Energy Nordic Baltic Zone.

We are looking for in our new Leader:
  • Experience in managing teams delivering Building/Construction Projects on different complexity levels and market segments
  • Direct P& L responsibility and Multi-country experience
  • Driving transformation and change management skills
  • Passion towards people management, ideally with international and matrix organization background
  • Strong communication and Leadership skills
  • Suitable degree such as Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • You speak excellent English; knowledge of any Nordic language is advantageous


You excel in building strong teams within complex environments, and foster a culture of high performance and quality. You possess strong business, commercial and financial acumen. Demonstration of exceptional leadership skills such as effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management is key. Your confidence and courage enable you to lead with agility and make well-considered decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Lead the Application Centre organizations to drive business success and meet Schneider's financial and growth objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives with skillful change management
  • Oversee the full spectrum of integrated Digital Energy Applications
  • Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with customers to enhance our installed base footprint and drive sustainable growth
  • Foster building functional excellence within the team (bid management, project management, and value-added engineering) to mitigate risks, improve profitability, and ensure successful project delivery
  • Enhance efficiency in tendering and project execution processes
  • Manage projects and partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide effective leadership through high-quality performance management and career development activities
  • Drive organizational change as a champion of positive transformation
  • Advocate and uphold best practices in Health & Safety
