We are searching for the best talent for the Key Account Specialist Immunology & Oncology role.

Purpose: Drive and grow Johnson & Johnson' s market shares in the Algiers area by managing strategic relationships with partners and customers in Immunology & Oncology.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing vertical-specific strategies to increase market share.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Coordinating with product teams to align product strategies with customer needs.

  • Supporting training and development for end-users and partners.

  • Monitoring market data, competition, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.

  • Achieving sales targets and increase brand awareness in the region.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s and graduate in medicine, pharmacy, veterinary, dentistry or biology is required.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar industry, preferably in the region.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.

  • Fluency in English; French is a plus.

  • Strategic thinker with a customer-oriented approach.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
