[Position Summary] The position represent RGM (Revenue Growth Management) and provides analysis, insights and recommendation to decision makers to maximize GTS / NTS / GP growth for KENVUE and the retailers. Provide and maintain IT infrastructure to manage the internal data. 1. Grow sales every year along with our aspirational goal - grow more than 10% for key focus items 2. Improvement of NTS and GP ratio in line with out growth aspiration 3. Achieving other KPIs: Gross Profit, ROI for TP/CP (at brands, Divisions and KA level) and improvement of CIW items. 4. Provide and maintain the IT infrastructure to manage the internal data. [Role Duty & Responsibilities] Data Analysis & Target Setting: * Support decision makers for target setting on GTS / NTS and associated budget. * Structure reports to turn data into meaningful Business Insights. * Provides various standard reports through team members to share the current status of sales investments * Train and provide transparent data environment to increase sales efficiencies. Promotional Analysis: * Promotional analysis per SKU, Customers, Channel and events (Mechanic: uplift & ROI) * Identify the right promotional activities/products according to the shopper specificities and insights. * Create the most effectives promotional guidelines per brands, customers, channel. * Define the best budget allocation and promotional activity by brands, customers, channel. Portfolio Optimization: * White spots portfolio analysis per SKU, Customers, channel. * Define right sizes per store format & customer to maximize sales and profit at store level. * Create the "to be" portfolio architecture by brand, customers, channel.

Qualifications

[Related Experience] 1. 3 Years as Finance/RGM or Trade Marketing or Business operation Experiences in KENVUE or other company 2. Experienced to challenge new things and meet or exceed high expectation even after failure 3. Cross function Project Management is mandatory. 4. Process/Workflow improvement experience. Related Skill/Knowledge Strategy Planning Financial acumen [Leadership behavior, Knowledge, Skill] Outside in Focus: Be insight-driven to uncover unmet needs Owner Mindset: Show ownership and engage people with constructive conversations. Agility and Accountability. Dearing Spirit: Challenge the status-quo, lead and adapt to change Expertise/Skill Deep knowledge of P& L, systems, retailer environment and Shopper. English Communication Skill: Minimum TOEIC Score 650 (Need to understand English conversation) CDx link --- BM Band 24-25 level, Strategic Thinking, Logical Communication PC Skill --- Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Tableau (Internal Data Source) and i-Canvus (Intage Market Data)
