Job Description:

Responsible for managing assigned initiatives and contributing to business results within the Specialty category, while supporting the overall category strategy and execution.

• Support the development and execution of Specialty category business plans in alignment with company objectives, working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Contribute to the implementation of Specialty category marketing initiatives, including demand generation activities and new product launches, ensuring effective execution across consumer, customer, and professional touchpoints.

• Partner with regional and global teams to provide local market insights and support the identification of Specialty growth opportunities.

• Contribute to ACUVUE® brand-building efforts within the Specialty category, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, guidelines, and business objectives.

Lead assigned projects and workstreams, driving execution excellence and delivering agreed business outcomes.
