・事業分析・営業戦略の策定・推進 / 全体業務の20%
Ø事業の中長期的な成長を見据えた営業戦略の立案・実行
Ø市場動向・競合分析、業界トレンドを基にした営業施策の企画
Ø売上・利益データを基にした営業課題の特定と施策の策定
・データ分析を活用した営業推進/ 全体業務の70~80%
ØCRMシステムを活用した営業活動の効率化・最適化
ØBIツールを活用した顧客データ分析によるターゲティング・営業アプローチの最適化
Ø顧客属性・購買行動の分析を基にしたパーソナライズド営業施策の企画

・事業分析・営業企画の経験（ 5年以上）
・CRMシステム（ Salesforce、HubSpot等） を活用した営業支援経験
・営業戦略の策定・実行の経験
・顧客データ分析を基にした営業施策の立案経験
・BIツール（ Power BI、Tableau等） を活用したデータ分析経験
・組織横断的なプロジェクトの推進経験
・コンサルティングファームでの経営支援、戦略策定の経験

【歓迎要件】

・AI・機械学習を活用した分析経験
・デジタルマーケティングの知識
・SQL・Python等を活用したデータ分析経験
・医療機器領域での営業推進経験
・ビジネスレベルの語学力（ 英語）
