Requirements

Position Overview

Shockwave Medical Japan is a pioneer in the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease. Shockwave Medical aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.

The location for this position is Japan.

We are looking for an experienced specialist to collaborate with our Japan team to support commercial team.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced specialist, international environment with a background in the Medtech industry.

Essential Job Functions

• Act as a customer experience advocate who can help design, model, develop and champion customer experience enhancements in the Sales and Marketing team's process.
• Develop tools, methodologies and processes to improve, streamline and automate operations
• Hands on data entries into working files and systems, ensure sales and marketing data accuracy
• Support sales and marketing teams commercial events, control procurement of goods and services
• Communicate promptly and accurately in response to customer inquiries.
• Engage in frequent interaction with cross-functional partners including sales, finance and customer service teams to assist with questions, develop process improvements, and simplify complex processes
• Other relevant duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a business or similar degree is preferred
• 6+ years of experience required working in sales or marketing team, or similar support role
• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical or related industry is preferred
• Positive, a highly proficient communicator and team player
• Handling multitask and flexibly needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft apps and BI tools
• detail- oriented, proactive attitude
• Working experience using English is plus
