DPS Operational Excellence Specialist, Supply Chain Deliver Distribution

*ジョンソン•エンド•ジョンソンは、整形外科事業を分離•独立(セパレ-ション)し、DePuy Synthesとして独立した企業を設立する計画を発表しております。セパレ-ションは、必要な諸条件が満たされることを前提に2025年10月14日付けの発表時点から18~24か月以内に完了する見込みです。

これに伴い、本ポジションはセパレ-ション完了後にDePuy Synthesの従業員として雇用されることになり、DePuy Synthesの雇用体系、プログラム、ポリシ-、福利厚生が適用されます。

ポジション概要

物流拠点におけるオペレ-ションの安定稼働の実現のために、ファシリティ設備およびOperational Technologyの管理をおこなう

継続的なプロセス改善および自動化等のソリュ-ション導入を通じて、庫内及び配送関連業務の生産性•品質•コスト•サ-ビス向上に努める

庫内作業プロセス•システム•外部協力会社(ベンダ-)を管理し、複数拠点の安定稼働および付加価値創出を推進する

業務内容

Process & Project Management: 倉庫および配送に関するオペレ-ションおよびプロセス改善•プロジェクトの実行

- 物流現場•SCM全体の課題を特定し、Lean / Six Sigma / PDCA等を用いた改善の実行

- Innovation / New Solutionの企画、ビジネスケ-ス作成、導入推進

- CIP(Cost Improvement Project)案件のリ-ド、ROI管理

- Region / Globalと連携したプロジェクト管理および実行

倉庫管理システムの改修•開発サポ-トおよびIT関連機器のライフサイクルマネジメント

- 予実管理とリソ-スおよびスケジュ-ル計画の立案と実行

- 現場のニ-ズ抽出および優先案件の整理、要件定義のとりまとめ

- Quality & Compliance: 品質•コンプライアンス管理

Vendor Management: 外部ベンダ-にかかわる業務パフォ-マンスおよびコスト管理

- 社内品質管理規程に基づいた3PL業務実行を支援する

- GxP、SOX、EHS、CSV等の関連要件の順守

- 監査対応および是正•予防措置の実行

資格/要件

経験

- 倉庫/物流/サプライチェ-ン領域でのオペレ-ション管理経験(3年以上)

- プロジェクトマネジメントの経験

- 改善活動(Lean、Six Sigma等)の経験

- ベンダ-管理または業務委託先管理の経験(あれば望ましい)

- デスクトッププロセス自動化ツ-ルの開発および実行(あれば望ましい)

ビジネススキル(Skills)

- 問題発見•解決力、論理的思考力

- デ-タ分析力およびKPI管理能力

- 英語力(ビジネスレベルが望ましい)含むコミュニケ-ション能力

知識(Knowledge)

- 倉庫オペレ-ションおよびSCMの理解および興味関心

- ITネットワ-ク/Windowsサ-バ-/AWS/期間システム(SAP、WMS等)の理解と実務経験

- 関連法規•規制の基礎理解
