Position Summary職務概要:

本ポジションは、DPS Japanにおけるビジネス戦略の意思決定を支えるため、Business AnalyticsおよびMarket Intelligenceの両面からデ-タドリブンなインサイト創出を担います。市場•競合•自社パフォ-マンスに関する分析と、高度な分析手法(Advanced Analytics / AI)を活用したインサイトの提供により、事業成長および戦略精度向上に貢献します。

Key Responsibilities主な職務内容:

Business Analytics

• デ-タ分析(Advanced Analytics)を通じたビジネスインサイトの創出
• AI活用施策の企画•推進(ユ-スケ-ス検討、PoC支援 等)
• プロジェクトマネジメント(分析案件•デ-タ活用プロジェクト)
• KPI分析およびビジネスパフォ-マンス評価
• デ-タの可視化•スト-リ-テリングによる意思決定支援

Market Intelligence

• 市場デ-タおよびマ-ケットシェアレポ-トの作成•分析
• BU別パフォ-マンス分析および定期レポ-ティング
• 競合分析および競争環境の評価
• 年次環境分析(Annual Environment Scan)の実施
• 社内外デ-タ(NDB、CRMデ-タ等)を活用した市場動向の整理•可視化
• 各BUへのマ-ケットインサイト提供および関連アクションの提案

Required Experiences, Skills and Qualifications求める経験•スキル•資格など:

• デ-タ分析、Market Intelligence、または関連領域での実務経験
• 統計学に基づきExcel / BIツ-ル等を用いたデ-タ分析•可視化経験
• ビジネス課題を理解し、分析結果から示唆を創出し伝えられる能力
• 論理的思考力および問題解決力
• 複数ステ-クホルダ-とのコミュニケ-ション能力
• 競合分析•市場分析の経験
• 英語でのコミュニケ-ション能力(英語での資料作成•Globalチ-ムとのミ-ティング対応)
• 医療機器業界またはヘルスケア領域での経験(特に整形外科領域)(Preferred)
• AI/高度分析(統計•機械学習等)の実務経験(Preferred)
