Business Intelligenceチ-ムは、EP事業におけるデ-タドリブンな意思決定を実現するため、デ-タおよびアナリティクス基盤の構築•維持を担う。
各部署のステ-クホルダ-と密接に連携して戦略的•オペレ-ショナルなニ-ズを把握し、それらをデ-タ•アナリティクスソリュ-ションへと変換するとともに、ビジネスパフォ-マンスおよび意思決定を支援する有用なインサイトを提供する。
主な職務•責任
戦略的•オペレ-ショナルなビジネスニ-ズを分析•解釈し、デ-タドリブンなソリュ-ションおよび実行可能なインサイトを提供する。
Microsoft Fabricを活用し、EP事業部のデ-タ基盤を構築•維持する。
EPのデ-タ基盤およびその他の関連デ-タソ-スを活用し、Power BIレポ-トおよびダッシュボ-ドを構築•維持する。
トレンド分析や各種ビジネス分析を実施し、ビジネスパフォ-マンスにおける機会、リスク、変化を特定する。
市場、地域、製品、競合動向の分析を支援し、ビジネス理解および意思決定の質向上に貢献する。
関連するビジネスステ-クホルダ-と連携し、BI•Analyticsに関するニ-ズを特定し、効果的なレポ-ト•分析ソリュ-ションへ落とし込む。
BIプロセス、デ-タモデル、レポ-ティング、分析能力の開発および継続的な改善に貢献する。
EP事業の戦略および組織の優先事項に貢献するBI•デ-タ関連のプロジェクトや施策を支援する。
EP事業全体でデ-タとアナリティクスの効果的な活用を促進し、意思決定の質とスピ-ドの向上に貢献する。
