Job Description:

医療従事者向けの教育プログラムの企画•運営を通じて、事業成長および製品の適正安全使用に貢献いただ< ポジションです。
営業•マ-ケティング•メディカル部門およびグロ-バルチ-ムと連携しながら、年間を通じた教育戦略の立案と実行をリ-ドしていただきます。

1) 医療従事者向け教育プログラムの企画•運営

- 事業戦略や顧客ニ-ズを踏まえた教育プログラムの企画•実行

- 対面およびデジタルを組み合わせた学習体験(Learning Journey)の設計
- 営業•マ-ケティング部門と連携した教育施策の推進
- 学会や新製品導入スケジュ-ルを考慮した年間教育計画の策定•運営

2) 医療分野の専門家(Faculty)との関係構築•ネットワ-ク開発
- 医療分野における著名な専門家や外部講師との関係構築
- 学会や教育活動を通じた講師ネットワ-クの拡大
- 将来の講師候補となる若手医療従事者の発掘•育成支援

3) コンプライアンスの遵守
- 医療業界に関わる関連法規および社内規程を遵守した業務遂行
- 高い倫理観を持ち、適正なビジネス活動を推進

4) グロ-バルチ-ムとの協働
- APAC(アジア太平洋地域)およびグロ-バルチ-ムとの連携
- ベストプラクティスや市場動向に関する情報共有
- グロ-バル施策の日本市場への展開支援

(経験•知識•スキル)
- 医療機器業界またはヘルスケア業界における営業、マ-ケティング、または教育関連業務の経験
- クロスファンクショナルな環境でのプロジェクト推進経験
- 社内外のステ-クホルダ-との関係構築•コミュニケ-ション能力

(望ましい)
- 不整脈治療領域(Electrophysiology: EP)に関する知識または業務経験
- 医療従事者向け教育•トレ-ニングプログラムの企画•運営経験
- 英語を用いた業務経験•海外ステ-クホルダ-との連携
