Job Description:

目的： 薬事申請を行うためのポジション（ Surgery領域担当を検討中。ただし、経験や希望に応じて調整可）

役割： 担当製品群の薬事申請及び承認等取得、変更管理等の薬事対応業務全般の遂行

主な義務と責任

• 担当製品の薬事戦略立案から、薬事申請（ 承認申請、認証申請、届出） ・承認等取得
• 変更管理に至る薬事対応業務全般(行政相談を含む)の推進及び実施
• 社内規定に基づく広告審査業務及び関連するステークホルダーからの問い合わせ対応
• 社内関係部門との調整やコンプライアンスに関わる業務の遂行

その他の義務

• 薬事スタッフとして社内の組織的活動への貢献
• 薬事部門内外のイベントへの参加及び貢献

関連経験の必要年数

• 5年以上の医療機器薬事業務の経験

必要な知識、スキル、能力

• ロジカルシンキング及びロジカルライティングスキル
• 海外製造元の開発文書等を理解するのに必要な英語力（ 目安： TOEIC 700程度以上）
• 関係者と協議し、主体的に問題解決を推進できるコミュニケーション能力及びプロジェクトマネジメントスキル

あれば歓迎の知識、スキル、能力

• 不確定要素の大きいプロジェクトに対し自ら道筋を描き、強い意欲を持って、周囲に働きかけながら前進させることができる
• 英語での高いコミュニケーション能力・交渉力がある（ 例： 海外開発部門とのコミュニケーションを伴う業務経験、これらに相当するその他経験など）
• 複数メンバーでの活動・業務をリードし、メンバーとともに完遂まで導くことができる
• チーム運営・管理や人材育成に対して意欲がある、又は従事した経験がある
• 薬事業務全般について、自身で完遂できるだけでなく、チームメンバーの業務のサポートも務められる
