• ジョブの説明:
  特定保守管理医療機器のテクニカルサポ-トとして、営業部と連携し機器の安 定稼働のためのサ-ビス業務全般を行う。
  機器トラブルに対する電話あるいはオンサイトでのトラブルシュ-ト、病院等オンサイトで機器据付、修理、保守点検のメンテナンス業務、引上げ修理の修理取次業務、機器の適正使用の啓蒙活動や、保守契約等のサポ-トを行う。
  
  •機器のトラブル対応: 修理受付、見積作成、修理作業、修理箇所分析(含: 製 造元とのコミュニケ-ション)
  •機器の出荷指示、搬入、据付、納品作業
  •引上げ修理の取次(代替機手配、工場とのコミュニケ-ションなど)
  •機器の定期点検
  •作業報告書•修理報告書の作成、デ-タベ-ス入力
  •営業部への技術サポ-ト、顧客対応サポ-ト
  •作業手順書作成•管理
  •代替機器管理、物品管理
  
  全国 - 国内転勤あり (現在: 札幌、仙台、東京、横浜、名古屋、大阪、広島、福岡)
  
  < 職務経験＞
  • 医療機器業界、もし< は医療業界での業務経験がある方(2 年以上)、
  または機器フィ-ルドサ-ビス経験がある方(3 年以上)

•歓迎要件

•医療機器の技術サポ-ト経験 •保守•修理•点検業務経験 •臨床工学技士(CE) •英文マニュアル読解経験 •英語でのメ-ルコミュニケ-ション経験

• 技術サポ-ト関連業務経験がある方は尚可。
• < 必要とする能力•スキル＞
  • 良好なコミュニケ-ション能力
  • 英文マニュアルの読解や英文でのメ-ルのやりとりができることが望ましい。
  • PC 基本操作に問題がない方
  • 基礎事務処理能力

< 資格/免許＞
• 普通自動車運転免許証

本ポジションは面接結果と本人の経歴を考慮して、PG24またはPG25での採用となります。
