JOB Details)

High Priority
• Analyze policy environment changes and report those changes to Janssen internal stakeholders (Japan and global counterparts)
• Work closely with J-CST( Japan Commercial Strategy Team), BU marketing and IEGP(Integrated Evidence Generation Plan) Integrated Evidence Generation Plan team to input forthcoming policy environment changes and policy related issues relevant to respective product area and propose countermeasures.
• Execute planned countermeasures and strategies to shape regulations and policy.

Priority
• Develops strong partnerships with external stakeholders to deal effectively with proposed laws and regulatory change including
- Legislators / Government officials / Advisors of MHLW and PMDA
- Industry associations (PhRMA, EFPIA, JPMA, ACCJ)
• Work closely and connect Janssen Japan with the Asia Pacific regional team and global counterparts
• Enhance Janssen presence in policy area through collaboration with external stakeholders.
• A strong track record in healthcare policy related work in such organization as pharmaceutical company, government, consulting etc.
• Experience in writing, formulating policy related document both in English and Japanese.

• Fluent Japanese and English (oral and written)
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical company operation (products, regulations, healthcare system, reimbursement)
• Logical thinking.
• Networking capabilities with healthcare policy stakeholders
• Credo based leader that drives integrity throughout the organization
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to Connect, Lead, Shape and Deliver

• Bachelor degree
• An MBA, MPH or Master degree is highly regarded
