職務内容 / Role and Responsibilities

疾患領域全体の戦略に基づき、担当製品の売上を最大化するための短期・中長期戦略を立案/策定し、実行を推進する。

  • 担当製品戦略の策定と売上予測、経費計画の作成と説明 (新製品市場導入計画(NPI)、ライフサイクルマネジメント計画(JCoT)、中長期計画(LRFP)、次年度計画(BP)、修正計画(JU/NU)、半期計画(営業向け製品戦略・戦術))
  • 戦略・戦術の作成のためのインサイト収集 (市場調査、アドバイザリーボードミーティング、KOL訪問、営業会議、営業同行などでのインサイト収集計画の作成と実行)
  • 戦術の実行 (学会ランチョン、講演会、WEBなどマーケティング主催企画の実行、資材作成、営業研修の計画と実行)
  • 担当製品戦略実行の進捗の管理 (KPI設定と管理、実績と予算の乖離の要因特定の分析、アクションプランの作成と実行)
  • クロスファンクショナルチームのリード MKTにかかわる全ての部署(主にMAF、R& D、IMAT、営業、CE)に製品戦略をコミュニケーションし、全ての部署の活動が戦略に沿うようリードする
  • グローバル、アジアパシフィックとの連携 必要に応じてグローバル、アジアパシフィックの製品チームと連携し、日本の状況を伝達しサポートを得る。またベストプラクティスを発信し、他国に良い影響を与える
  • クロスセクターまたは外部顧客との連携 必要に応じてクロスセクター、外部顧客と協働し、担当製品の最大化を図る。また、得られた経験値を他製品( 他セクターの製品も含む) にも活かせるよう情報共有を行う。

Develop short and mid to long term product strategy, which aligns with DAS strategy, and lead the implementation

  • Product strategy, sales forecast, and expense plan development and communication (New product introduction plan, Life cycle management (JCoT), mid-long term strategic and financial plan (LRFP), Short term Business plan, half year strategy and tactics for sales team) Insight generation for strategy & tactics development (Develop plans to gather insights from Market research, advisory board meeting, KOL visit, Sales meeting, field visit.) Marketing tactics Execution (Develop plans and implement marketing events, such as Sponsored seminar, standalone events, webinar, and promotional material development, sales training plan development) Product PDCA management (KPI setting and review, Data analysis to identify the gap vs. plan, Action plan development and implementation) Cross functional team lead. Involve all the stakeholders, especially MAF, R& D, Sales, CE, and communicate product strategy to make alignment Collaboration with global and Asia pacific commercial team. Communicate Japan situation to get their support, and share the best practices from Japan to contribute to the other countries Collaboration Cross Sector and External stakeholder
  • Communicate cross sector and external stakeholder and maximize product value. Also, share those insights to other product team (including products in other sectors).

要件 / Requirements

< 職務経験>

  • 過去にいずれかの経験がある:
    • マーケティングを経験し、( 少なくとも1年以上) Forecast作成の経験
    • コンサルティングやFinanceの経験

< 必要とする能力・スキル>

  • ビジネスレベル以上の英会話スキル
  • Excel( 中級程度)
  • プレゼンテーションスキル( 英語も必要)
  • ステークホルダーを巻き込み、合意形成を図りながら全体のゴールに向けて主導するコミュニケーションスキル
  • 高いラーニングアジリティ (マーケティング、疾患・製品知識)

  • MBA取得者( 尚可)
