◆主な業務活動（期待役割の要素に紐づく主な業務活動を番号で紐づけ）
・担当エリアにて顧客サービスを通じて、目標達成するまでの道筋をプランニング
・Drを訪問し、自社製品を中心とした医薬品情報の提供／使用された医薬品の情報収集を行い、医薬品の適正な使用と普及を図る（薬剤部、看護部などステイクホルダーに対しても自社製品浸透のための情報提供、情報収集を行う）
・関係特約店を訪問し、自社製品の使用状況等含め情報の収集と提供を行う
・顧客満足度を高めるために、上司のサポートを得ながら適切なフォローアップを検討し、実行する
・目標の進捗やマーケット情報をマネジメント層に報告する
