主な役割:
J& J-IMのセールスフォースの戦略実行および活動インパクトと効率性を高める基盤の最適化を実現するため業界・市場・企業・自社に関する分析を多角的に行い、ビジネスインパクトの創出と実行力の向上を実現する変革をもたらす。そのための最適なKPIの特定と検証をクロスファンクショナルに行い、未来志向のコマーシャルモデル実現に向けた改善提案をMCやステークホルダーに対して主体的に提案し、カスタマーセントリックなセールスフォースの構築を実現する。

In order to accelerate our growth, we call for a transformation that will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force to increase its competitiveness and implement customer-centric sales force activities that anticipate future changes in the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct multifaceted analysis of the industry, market, company, and the company in order to optimize the foundation for the execution of the J& J-IM sales force strategy and to increase the impact and efficiency of activities and bring about changes that will create business impact and improve the ability to execute. To achieve this, identifies and validates optimal KPIs in a cross-functional manner, and proactively proposes improvement proposals to MCs and stakeholders to realize a future-oriented commercial model, thereby building a customer-centric sales force.
