About Johnson & Johnson

• Analyze policy environment changes and report those changes to Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (J& J IM) internal stakeholders (Japan and global counterparts)
• Work closely with BU marketing and IEGP team to input forthcoming policy environment changes and policy related issues relevant to respective product area and propose countermeasures.
• Execute planned countermeasures and strategies to shape regulations and policy.
• Develop the material with a deep understanding of the narrative and target stakeholders in both Japanese and English.

Priority

• Develops strong partnerships with external stakeholders to deal effectively with proposed laws and regulatory change including
• Legislators / Government officials / Advisors of MHLW and PMDA
• Industry associations (PhRMA, JPMA, FIRM, ACCJ)
• Work closely and connect J& J IM Japan with the Asia Pacific regional team and global counterparts
• Enhance J& J IM presence and reputation in policy area through collaboration with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

＜Experience＞

• Experience in writing, formulating policy related document both in English and Japanese.
• Global work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

＜Skills and Capabilities＞

• Fluent Japanese and English (oral and written)
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical company operation (products, regulations, healthcare system, reimbursement)
• Logical thinking.
• Networking capabilities with healthcare policy stakeholders
• Credo based leader that drives integrity throughout the organization
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to Connect, Lead, Shape and Deliver

＜Academic Requirement＞

• Bachelor degree
• An MBA, MPH or Master degree is highly regarded
