Job Description:
Commercial Lead Japan will lead strategic direction of commercial team in Heart Recovery Japan including Clinical
Sales, Surgical Sales, and Education, and execute various commercial activities. Develop relationships with commercial
leaders and enable growth through collaborative and efficient sales and education initiatives. This role is highly anticipated
to collaborate with global stakeholders including US, EMEA and APAC commercial leaders. Commercial Lead Japan will
report to Heart Recovery President, Commercial, Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities:

• Acts as a visionary and thought commercial leader in driving various sales and education activities that support
the strategic plan and business outcomes.
• Directs multiple teams led by Clinical Sales Director, Surgical Sales Director and Education Manager.
• Manages operational aspects of their teams (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance).
• Collaborate with global commercial leaders including US, EMEA and APAC to deliver global business success
and synergy.
• Demonstrate Abiomed's Principles, Abiomed's Operating Procedures, and Johnson & Johnson's Credo
• Creates a purpose driven culture in which decisions and actions are strategically informed by patient, customer
and employee needs by aligning Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives with the strategies
and goals of the team and enterprise •
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial operations within the healthcare or medical device industry,
with a focus on cardiology, heart recovery, or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience across all departments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools and data analytics for decision-making.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, and Business level English proficiency
