A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Oversee and lead all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banquets and kitchen operation.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop innovative menus, ensure food quality, and manage kitchen operations effectively.
  • Drive profitability by optimizing costs, managing budgets, and analyzing financial performance across all F& B outlets.
  • Activate and develop creative F& B concepts that maximize available resources and appeal to the local market, driving guest traffic and brand recognition.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams by providing training, mentorship, and performance management to deliver outstanding service.

What we need from you

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in food and beverage leadership roles, preferably in a luxury or 5-star city hotel environment.
  • Formal culinary experience on a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of hospitality service standards and modern culinary trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute local market-driven F& B concepts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with attention to detail.
