We’re looking for a Demi Chef de Partie – Hot Kitchen to showcase their culinary skill, creativity, and attention to detail in one of Bahrain’s most luxurious dining destinations.

A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day

No two days are alike, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of hot dishes with precision and artistry.
  • Working closely with the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie to develop seasonal menus, signature dishes, and banquet offerings.
  • Maintaining the highest levels of food quality, taste, and presentation, aligned with our luxury brand standards.
  • Overseeing daily operations in the hot kitchen, ensuring consistency and efficiency during high-volume service.
  • Guiding, training, and inspiring junior team members to achieve excellence.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
What We Need from You
  • Minimum 2 years of culinary experience in a luxury or five-star hotel, with proven expertise in hot kitchen operations and banquet service.
  • Strong knowledge of hot food preparation techniques, flavor pairing, and contemporary plating styles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining consistency and finesse.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues.
  • A collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
