No two days are alike, but you’ll mostly be:

• Assist in preparing and cooking daily meals for colleagues in line with menus and schedules.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance.
• Support the Chef de Partie in buffet preparation, portion control, and food presentation.
• Ensure ingredients are properly stored, rotated, and handled.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the colleagues’ kitchen.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Take on additional tasks as required, showing flexibility and teamwork.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Commis in a 5 star hotel.
• Good knowledge of cooking different dishes, particularly Indian cuisine
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
