A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Prepare and present cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and cold platters.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to design and update the menu.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen area
  • Take on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player

What we need from you

  • At least 4 years of hotel experience, including expertise in banquet service
  • Strong knowledge of cold food preparation technique
  • Expertise in buffet presentation, ensuring visually appealing and high-quality displays.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume production while maintaining consistency and excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
