Supply Planning Business Process Analyst
The Supply Planning Business Process Analyst is responsible for building the capabilities and enablers to support the strategic plans in the Plant Planning area.
This position reports to the senior manager of the supply planning business process owner (BPO) and is based, preferred, at one of the EMEA Internal MFG sites.

What You Will Do
The Supply Planning Business Process Analyst is a regional role with strong linkage to other Global and Regional PLAN Functions. This position is responsible for sustaining capabilities and building new ones as enablers to support our strategic plans in the Supply Planning area while supporting Base Business to Execute with Excellence and contributing to Increasing our brands' physical availability. This individual knowledge of the best practices in the marketplace and hands-on experience in implementing these practices in earlier assignments enable the direction of processes and systems.
This direction is translated into projects socialized with and supported by the main stakeholders (cross-functional teams), and the projects are defined to deliver the objectives. This professional will act as an active team player and/or team-leader in delivering strategic projects, ensuring clear expectations, and taking full accountability for the results.
This individual will contribute to ensure planning system reliability by assessing system performance and collaborating with End users and IT team, ensuring proper and timely escalation is in place based on business impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Endorse the Supply Planning processes, supply planning systems, and organization evolution in close collaboration with the business across functions and counterparts.
• Create and maintain essential supply process flow documentation references, and work instructions for Order Management, Volume Planning, key supply planning transactions and the systems used, e.g. SNC, MEC, OMP, SAP.
• Ability to translate the Supply Planning Global Standards into How-to instructions that suits the Regions.
• Develop training and support the training specialist in building capabilities in the Plant Planning area.
• Drive sustainability, efficiency, and effectiveness in supply planning processes.
• Lead the Supply Planning Community of Practice capturing the Voice of the Customer to improve supply planning processes and systems.
• Liaison between Business and IT, contributing to the creation of User Stories ensuring critical scenarios are capture, and validating systems performance, as well as key player in requesting and actively participating in System Change Requests.
• Manage the Supply Planning Projects, identifying its criticality based on Business Risks and Benefits according to budget and resources.
• Provide technical support when expert users elevate questions.
• Support UAT in Supply Planning projects.
• Support improved measures such as Data Integrity, relevant master data for supply planning completeness, among others.
• Benchmark with internal and external Supply Chains.
• Support building roadmaps for Supply Planning and socialize these with the stakeholders.
• Participate as a functional expert in cross-functional projects.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
• University Masters level with preference in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business Intelligence or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency in Supply Planning Processes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Order Management.
• Demonstrated understanding of the required end-to-end supply chain and financial impacts.
• Experience with planning systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP SNC, S4 HANNA, OMP, etc.) and/or SAP ECC; Expertise in customized systems solutions is a plus.
• Intermediate proficiency in leading Systems Change Requests.
• Exposure to FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry is preferred.
• Experience with global and virtual teams is highly preferred.
• APICS certification (CPIM, CFPIM, or CIRM) preferred.
• Demonstrated experience influencing change and adoption at different levels of the organization.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
• Business fluent English.
Desired Qualifications
• Other certifications in areas of expertise desirable (Lean, 6Sigma, etc.)
• Knowledge of Databases, including query tools, is highly preferred. Knowledge of SQL, VBA, R, Phyton, PowerBi, Power Automate, PowerApps, Tableau, Alteryx, or other experience in digitization is a plus.
• Experience with Agile, SCRUM, Project Management, and Change Management methodologies is a plus.
