What you will do:

The Sr. Manager, OSS Business Insights is responsible for driving End-to-End automation and digital transformation of our data and performance management analytics processes, shaping and deploying key CRE/OSS capabilities, managing project budgets and schedules, negotiating with key external and internal suppliers, and ensuring overall the critical pace of our transformation through process, data excellence and innovation. You will also liaise, train, and coach team members and business partners to ensure effective performance:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own CRE/OSS Digital Transformation plans liaising with Digital transformation Office (DTO) to shape, plan and deploy a clear pipeline of data integration to Kenvue Data Layer to enable a seamless, E2E integration of our Integrated Performance Management processes, and deployment of business automation capabilities
  • Own shaping of CRE/OSS digital capabilities strategy, with clear roadmap of transformation and guiding evolution from AS IS to golden state enabling data-driven innovation.
  • Represent CRE/OSS digital team in shaping, planning and executing key initiatives for deployment of E2E global capabilities (i.e. Space Booking, Space Management, Workplace Automation, Utilization, IRM E2E Digitalization etc.).
  • Develop, maintain and update the data Structure to track all CRE/OSS relevant data pipelines that will facilitate the management and status reporting for IPM processes and unlocking of new insights.
  • Liaise with internal and external resources to produce the necessary data sources, insights and analytics needed to facilitate review meetings with business stakeholders across Kenvue CRE/OSS business to manage all key performance management processes and associated financial processes in a consistent manner.
  • Establish and own timely data accuracy and availability by developing a cadence of updates across CRE/OSS.
  • Create and build strong partnerships and accountability across the organization for the collection, maintenance, and update of all relevant data.
  • Collaborate with peers to share best practices, exploit synergies, and contribute to building a strong community of practice and a cohesive future operating model.
  • Actively define and propose opportunities to improve on priority of resources/investments to achieve optimal CRE/OSS performance management through analysis and root cause investigation of out of synch activities.
  • Develop issue tracking and resolution log to be used in the management of all activities, report and track timely updates of all the information.
  • Participate and contribute to the development of Strategies that will help Kenvue transition to an Industry Leading company, leveraging the power of Digital and Data to bring in new opportunities to consolidate and simplify E2E realizing concrete efficiencies, focusing on automating key internal processes for a transition to a digital-first mindset and everyday operations.
  • Participate and support CRE/OSS Kenvue Business Intelligence (BI) needs within the organization.
  • Lead exploration, road mapping and deployment of key digital capabilities across CRE/OSS, consistent with business roadmaps and priorities.
  • Partner with the CRE and S& S management team in the development and maintenance of the performance processes and for the ongoing improvement and expansion of CRE/OSS insights.

What we are looking for:

Required Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in driving automation, data integration and digital transformation activities and programs.
  • 8-10 years of related experience in managing large, moderate to complex projects, programs or initiatives.
  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Management, budgeting, and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Expert understanding of technology lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent financial analysis and budget management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Data Integration & Management: 5 years in ETL, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake).
  • Analytics & BI Tools: 5 years with Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Digital Transformation: 3 years leading automation and AI/ML-based process improvements, RPA (i.e. UiPath)
  • Project Management: 3 years in Agile and Lean Six Sigma; proficient in Jira, Asana.
  • Strategic Thinking: 5 years in roadmap creation, root cause analysis, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Stakeholder Communication: 5 years presenting insights to cross-functional, non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: 3 years building high-performance, cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Agile mindset, comfortable in dynamic, global environments.
  • Supply Chain & Operations Insight: 5 years in supply chain performance analytics and optimization.
