What you will do The Sr Manager, Global Process Owner - Quality Management is responsible for overseeing delegation of tasks, managing department budget, implementing quality management systems, evaluating system effectiveness, and ensuring communication of quality compliance needs:
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for Quality Management processes within Kenvue Quality Management System (QMS) including Quality System Management Review, Quality Planning
- Drive business results, identify risks, mitigation strategies and continuous improvement opportunities for Quality Management processes through Process Governance
- Own quality documentation for processes in scope, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality manuals
- Own QMS governance framework and lead QMS governance in line with the framework
- Own Kenvue Quality Manual, Product Lexicon and other documents related to QMS
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure Kenvue's quality systems remain compliant and effective
- Lead and/or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction
- Lead the team of 6 Global Quality Specialist whose responsibility is to execute documentation management, training systems administration, and other QMS systems in support of the global process ownership model
What we are looking for Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in a related field
- University/Master's Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (example: Engineering Degrees)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with quality control procedures and regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in evaluating and implementing new technologies to enhance development efficiency
- Experience in managing resources effectively to meet quality compliance needs and business objectives
- Solid understanding of quality management standards and processes
- Excellent communication and training skills to effectively communicate quality compliance needs and status to all departments
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading quality improvement projects and initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
