What You Will Do

This position oversees execution of the global quality metrics program within Kenvue.

This individual is responsible for consistent reporting of quality data at all levels, including coordination with local sites, regional teams, and global consolidation. This role is responsible for data governance of entry, and execution of the strategy of entry automation. This senior specialist leads a community of practice for metrics to obtain feedback and improvement on process. Familiarity with data sources, calculations, and business-drivers of the metrics is required, in order to ensure the consistency of reporting and value of the performance indicators.

This individual is an active member of the Kenvue Operations integrated performance management team, providing input related to Quality needs and data. Collaboration with the digital transformation office is also required for development, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of the supporting technology.

This role is a key expert for the Quality Systems Management Review, data collection procedures and templates.

Responsibilities

• Lead global metrics community of practice

• Assist to resolve issues with global partners during monthly metrics reporting

• Work with the digital transformation office teams to resolve issues with system reporting

• Work with global process owners to adjust and create quality metrics to meet their desired outcomes

• Present monthly metrics performance to global leadership.

• Be a member of the integrated performance management core team aligning quality metric reporting

• Support inquiries on performance of quality metrics

• Assist in compiling the global Quality Systems Management Review (QSMR).

• Maintain Kenvue QSMR procedures and templates, Support global audit inquiries for QSMR.

• Execute projects related to automation of metrics, governance of data input / accuracy, shaping new tools and systems.

• Provide Support for various process improvement and Quality System teams as needed.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelors degree is required in engineering, science, business or a related discipline

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a regulated industry is required.
