What You Will Do

Connected to our self-care business unit, we are recruiting for a Supply Planner, who will be responsible to orchestrate supply network planning for the Consumer EMEA region. In this end-to-end integrator role, you build the interface between manufacturing sites and local demand teams with the key aim to ensure stock availability of the right products to the right locations, while ensuring a precise, timely and accurate communication of all relevant information to the key partners in the Consumer Health organization.

In addition, you will constantly seek for improvements to make our supply chain more robust and resilient, lead or participate in projects to further strengthen our supply chain. The tasks will include net requirement planning and production planning, inventory optimization and supplier collaboration in a regional matrix organization

The Regional Supply Planner will be responsible for performing daily and weekly network planning activities that will ensure right amount of products at the right time and the right place. You will own service and inventory of your portfolio and you will be part of a cross functional team of individuals and will actively collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to deliver optimal customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Generate supply plans with production sites according to demand of finished goods

• First point of contact to our supply points, ensure its precise operation through weekly supply handover meetings and monthly RCCPs

• Ensure master data and planning parameters are maintained and optimized through planning systems

• Participate in the weekly Short Term Exception Management (STEM) calls with clusters and ensure clear and timely communication of risk and mitigation

• Drive excellence in performance by monitoring KPIs and driving actions to meet targets. Eg of KPI: sOTIF, Slob, RLT etc.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to understand their planning requirements and align strategies.

• Take actively part of site transfer or improvement projects

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in supply chain, Procurement, Business Administration or Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience.

• Work experience in manufacturing, production and network planning, demand planning

• Strong analytical skills and willingness to challenge status-quo

• Team player with a positive mind set and abilities to connect and create strong relationships

• Dynamic, self-driven, committed and resilient

• Able to work in ambiguous environment where all variables/deliverables are not always clear

Desired Qualifications

• Working knowledge in SAP R/3 and OMP strongly preferred

• IT-literate (very strong excel user knowledge)
