What will you do:

The Strategic Execution Procurement Excellence Senior Manager is supporting the performance management, stakeholder engagement, leadership of functional alignment and excellence, rolling-out of regional and functional strategy, business planning, and change management.

This role will focus on orchestrating robust Business Planning, Portfolio and Performance Management frameworks while partnering closely with the broader COE team. The role will oversee consistent deployment of standards, frameworks, processes, best practices, tools, competence building and coaching within the respective category teams. In addition, the role will also carry cross-functional interface responsibilities with other functions (e.g., Finance, Strategy, etc.). The role will be focusing on EMEA region (Direct and Indirect) as well supporting the regional orchestration of Indirect procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist on KPI (Key Performance Indicator (KPI)) Improvement programs and support alignment, planning and tracking across all stakeholders involved
  • Contribute to all key internal, cross-functional, and external forums of the Global LT (Leadership team (LT))
  • Orchestrate the EMEA Regional Global yearly Business Planning process and Strategic Portfolio
  • Support the development of Long-term Vision for the region align category strategies with the company strategy and goals
  • Support execution of a framework for Short & Mid-term Strategy addressing emerging business needs within the annual Integrated Business Planning cycle. Focus on stakeholder engagement enablement and alignment
  • Leverage and maximize fit for purpose procurement process solutions, including the utilization of world class digital solutions, use of business process outsourcing, and deployment of internal resources
  • In collaboration with Strategic Value Management and the PMO (Project Management Office (PMO)) Council, support the development and deployment of a Strategic Portfolio Performance Mgmt. framework and process; focus on standardization and stratification of dashboards, scorecards and KPIs (Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
  • Leads a team of 1 Manager, cultivate a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion

What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management.
  • 8-10 years of related experience in process improvement, operations management, or global project manager (PMO) roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing process improvement initiatives and proven experience in successful change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and innovatively and using proven methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, including senior leadership stakeholders (VP and above).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Management of staff experience and ability to work independently

Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Agile PM, TQM, PDCA, DMAIC, and proven success in applying those methodologies.
  • Six Sigma and/or Lean methodologies experience, with Green Belt certification required and Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Data analytics and analysis/insights experience, with the ability to demonstrate past project review.
