What You Will Do

As a Paralegal & Legal Project Manager, you'll dive into a role that blends administrative skills with project management in a Legal Department environment. You will be based in Prague with a flexible working set-up in the local Kenvue office, with a fair share of home office (in Czech Republic). The broader team that you will support is located in various countries throughout EMEA with a strong focus on the German/Central Europe legal team. You will be reporting into the Legal Director Germany, Alpine and Benelux. Get ready for a role that gives you a chance to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

Admin support:

• Craft and refine presentations and documents with your advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, ensuring high standards of accuracy.

• Become the go-to organizer for training sessions, managing everything from invitations to creating supportive materials for the business and tracking attendance.

• Optimize calendar management by utilizing tools like Loop to schedule, prioritize, and update meetings efficiently ensuring the team is always prepared and more efficient.

• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping our team updated with the latest Kenvue tools and tech innovations. Drive AI use cases for our team forward!

• Champion our digital organization by managing electronic files with precision and care.

• Engage with the legal eBilling system and liaise with the global legal operations team.

• Support the EMEA legal team with Corporate Housekeeping tasks

Paralegal & Legal Work/Project Management:

• Take the lead or collaborate with Kenvue Legal and Compliance or other functions on legal projects that streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Your ideas matter here!

• Dive into legal research, gather insights, and help transform them into accessible know-how for the team and for the business.

• Assist business colleagues with the use of our contract and other templates by identifying necessary amendments and assessing if a lawyer's review is required for contract modifications.

• Connect the dots between business functions and legal team where needed

• Develop a strong understanding of (legal) resources within the EMEA Law Department to make them more accessible

• Populate global databases on local legal cases and prepare summaries in collaboration with the lawyers

• Support the lawyers with supervising budgets and planning legal cost ahead

• Maintain relationship to external lawyers, if needed align with different Central Europe and other EMEA teams and external lawyers in order to watch over the legal spent where there are no onsite lawyers.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in an international environment, ideally with a background in project management and functioning of a large complex matrix organization

• Business knowledge in Marketing and Sales is not needed but would be an asset, ideally in the FMCG and healthcare sector

• Legal background knowledge is not necessary as long as you are interested in the topic and willing to learn; we will guide you through and give you what you need to develop your legal skills.

• A strong communicator, ready to interact confidently with senior managers and team members across various departments and countries.

• Flexibility, proactivity and great organizational skills and a structured approach to multiple situations.

• A collaborative spirit who thrives in a team setting but can also steer projects independently.

• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Eager to embrace new technologies, especially AI.

• Fluency in German and English is essential.
