What You Will Do

Kenvue is recruiting a strategic and results-driven Invoice to Cash Senior Team Lead to oversee its Invoice to Cash process. This role is crucial in managing credit risk, collections, cash application, deductions, and accounts receivable reporting, ensuring operational excellence and strong financial controls.

As a senior team lead, you will drive process automation, optimize working capital, and engage with regional and global stakeholders to ensure best-in-class financial operations.

Responsibilities

Leadership and People Management:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing I2C team.
  • Act as a key escalation point for complex customer issues, risk assessments, and disputes.
  • Drive financial control through structured performance tracking, reporting, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align I2C strategy with business objectives

Drive Operational Excellence:
  • Drive efficiency through process standardization, automation, and digital tools.
  • Optimize working capital & cash flow forecasting by ensuring robust credit & collections strategies.
  • Lead continuous process improvements & automation projects.
  • Ensure 100% audit compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.

Credit Risk & Collections Oversight:
  • Assess and mitigate credit risk, ensuring a balance between business growth and financial security.
  • Monitor and adjust credit limits, reducing overdue accounts and driving DSO improvements.
  • Manage escalations for high-risk accounts and collaborate with legal/collections agencies.

Cash Applications Oversight & Deductions Management
  • Oversee accurate & timely cash application, ensuring seamless reconciliation with AR.
  • Lead dispute resolution processes, root cause identification, and customer deduction strategies. Activity oversight inclusive of but not limited to:
    • Collection of support documentation
    • Process deduction adjustments and write-off balances
    • Reporting & Analytics

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant Finance experience, with expertise across Credit Management, Collections, Disputes/Deductions Management, Cash Applications, and/or AR Reporting
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in credit risk, collections strategies, and dispute management.
  • Experience working in shared services or a global business services environment.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management & problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team-oriented environment.
  • A can-do attitude and ability to work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Desired Qualifications
  • Professional designations such as MBA, CPA, or CMA or working towards the designation would be an advantage but not required
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and cash application tools (e.g., HighRadius).
  • Proven track record in process automation & digital transformation projects.
  • Experience leading regional/multi-country teams
  • Demonstrable experience delivering results while servicing global customers and stakeholders.
