This position reports to the VP, Global Self Care, and is based in Prague, Czechia.

What you will do

The Global Self Care Purchasing Coordinator will:

• Manage end-to-end purchase order process for Global BDT marketing and commercial expenses (primarily Nicorette, Cough & Cold and Digestive Health BDTs), from creation and submission of PO to confirmation to goods receipts.

• Create and maintain accurate supplier master data records.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for mutiple global marketing teams, proactively resolving purchase order issues and inquiries.

• Collaborate with procurement teams to streamline back-end purchasing processes, ensuring clear communication and efficient issue resolution.

• Develop and maintain detailed tracking tools, collabrorate with Finance teams to monitor budgets, providing timely and accurate monthly reporting to budget owners.

• Analyze spending data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, regularly reporting on the development of our spending structure.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in purchasing or procurement within a complex, international organization.

• Proven track record of accuracy and reliability in managing intricate purchasing processes.

• Solid understanding of accounting and procurement principles.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP and Ariba.

• Experience with streamlining and automating workflows.
