What You Will Do:

You will find yourself working alongside senior finance and accounting professionals to support our FP & A finance function. The FP& A (Financial Planning & Analytics) team has the responsibility for providing financial planning services, business analytics and reporting for Finance colleagues and business partners in 33 countries across the EAME region. The team is relied upon for business partnering, collaboration, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and driving strong ethical leadership and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business plan and forecast update support and analysis across the P& L, balance sheet, headcount, and other key financial data, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Reviewing and evaluating financial statements
  • Support ad-hoc financial analyses, support decision making with data and technology, and drive financial discipline and value-creation
  • Liaise with counterparts in Legal Entity Accounting on Quarter end close reporting, be responsible for all SOX controls related to forecast submissions, and document current processes
  • Recommend and put into place overall process improvements, driving standardization
  • Ensure that the principles and elements of the Kenvue Values, business policies, Healthcare Compliance, Regulatory, GAAP, and Sarbanes Oxley are adhered to in all aspects of the job responsibilities
  • Engaging with cross sector and international teams to investigate and resolve ad hoc issues
  • Reporting plan and actual figures within the finance team and to our business partners
  • Preparation of monthly reconciliation in areas of responsibility
  • Collaborating on team projects and driving process efficiencies
  • Applying and interpreting accounting theory and corporate financial policies
  • Support in planning of team events
  • Data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications
  • Degree level study completed
  • A minimum of grade 3 achieved in degree level study
  • Accounting and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Sciences and Business-related degree types preferred
  • Less than 2 years of previous full-time work experience (not including internships, apprenticeships, industry placements)
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
