What You Will Do

We are recruiting for a Digital Development Senior Specialist who will be in charge of identifying potential for automation and executing solutions development. As Digital Development Senior Specialist you will be responsible for driving digital initiatives, optimizing digital experiences both, internally and externally, and implementing new technologies to enhance business operations. The ideal candidate should have experience with e-commerce, CRM, analytics and cloud technologies.

As a Digital Development Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving digital initiatives and ensuring the successful implementation of innovative solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital platforms, optimize processes, and integrate emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead digital projects, from concept to implementation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

• Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and digital process improvements, manage automation pipeline according to priorities.

• Collaborate with IT, marketing, and product teams to enhance digital tools and platforms.

• Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

• Identify how to build the best solution, maximizing value for end users

• Progress iteratively with feedback from end users, until the hyper care phase.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Technology, IT, Business, or a related field.

• Basic experience in digital development, transformation, or IT project management.

• Advanced in Excel, VBA, Microsoft Power BI Platform, Python.

• Understanding HTML (web portal automations, etc.)

• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and methodology

• Experience with various data sources and integration methods, including FTP, SQL, and other connectivity protocols.

• Ability to analyze, interpret, and use data sources to derive meaningful insights.

• Understanding of Supply Chain Processes, Customer Service and KPI's.

• Ability to interact with various stakeholders to understand business requirements (from Automation Initiation to Hypercare)

• Experience with agile methodologies and digital analytics tools.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment in timely manner.

• Information management and security.

• Fluent English is a must.
