This position reports into the Head of Supply Chain MENA and is based at Prague, Czechia.

What you will do

Responsible for coordinating deployment from Dubai DC from order creation to delivery creation for deployment to Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the overall inventory allocation and reporting for the Dubai DC

Key Responsibilities

KSA Deployment

• Perform weekly risk analysis for the Saudi STO (supply orders) to Saudi and align with DP teams of Saudi Arabia and ME on mitigation actions

• Coordinates allocation discussions in cases of availability risks between Middle East and Saudi Arabia planning teams

• Verify order details (e.g., code, quantity, minimum order quantity) before creating STO

• Create monthly STO and manages order change requests process for the KSA deployment

• Coordinate the KSA Deployment process from Creation to Execution

• Coordinate the Intertek process for all STOs including data collection from marketing and regulatory

• Ensure cross-functional communication and alignment

• Manage order changes, updates, and delivery based on market needs

• Follow up with all parties involved until stock is shipped from the warehouse

• Maintains the activity tracker for KSA deployment ensuring timely input from Operation team and 3PL

Inventory Management

• Review monthly pallet projection and align the monthly pallet projection with Ops for Dubai DC

• Manages the consignment stock transfers for Dubai DC process ensuring timely availability of stock for orders and STOs

• Reporting on Inventory health of Dubai DC

• Review Forward looking projection of and identify any risk or opportunities

• Supports the STEM process with risk analysis

• Lead the SLOB reporting process for Middle East
• Lead SLOB liquidation activities

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business Management, or similar.

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in the Supply Chain is required, including direct experience with Demand Planning and Inventory Management.

• Experience in ERP & Scheduling logic, outstanding Excel capabilities.

• Experience working with quantitative & qualitative numbers, creating reports.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to act as a change agent and adapt to changing business and organizational dynamics are required.

Desired Qualifications

• Arabic Language is preferred.

• SAP knowledge
