Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments, material handling, and warehouse coordination.
  • Support inventory control activities such as cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and data accuracy improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, quality) to ensure timely material availability and flow.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
  • Help monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
  • Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover, delivery performance).
  • Contribute to digitalization and automation projects within the supply chain function.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Fluent in English; local language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Able to work on-site at the manufacturing plant.
