What will you do: - Partner strategically with business leaders to drive organizational success through effective people solutions and cultural initiatives
- Lead HR program implementation while providing expertise in employment matters including hiring, performance management, and regulatory compliance
- Guide managers in leveraging HR tools and resources to enhance employee engagement and performance
- Facilitate organizational change management, including organization redesign and/or restructuring
- Collaborate with HR Operations and Center of Excellence (CoE) teams to develop and deliver impactful workforce programs
What will make you successful: - Demonstrated track record in providing strategic HR consulting to business leaders
- Strong expertise in employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management
- Proven ability to influence and drive change management initiatives
- Excellence in relationship building and stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of organizational development and workforce planning
Qualifications- Min. 12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational or matrixed organization
- Solid experience as an HRBP or similar strategic HR role supporting senior business leaders
- Strong capability in organizational change management, including restructuring, team design, and transformation programs
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to analyze workforce data and translate insights into actionable people strategies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, coach, and challenge leaders constructively
- Experience partnering with CoEs (Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning, DEI, etc.) to implement enterprise-wide HR programs
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across global and local teams
- High learning agility with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-changing environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and strong execution discipline
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Korean and English
