We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. In this pivotal role, you will translate business objectives into compelling, audience-centric campaigns that drive brand growth, engagement, and measurable ROI. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who excels in both strategic planning and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning - Develop comprehensive, insight-driven campaign strategies aligned with business priorities, market trends, and audience segmentation. Create detailed campaign plans, including channel mix, messaging frameworks, and measurement approaches.
Integrated Campaign Execution - Lead the implementation of multi-channel campaigns spanning digital, social, PR, events, and advertising. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Sales, Regional/ BU teams) and external partners to ensure flawless, brand-consistent delivery.
Creative & Content Leadership - Guide the development of campaign creative and content, ensuring alignment with strategy and audience relevance. Oversee asset production, from brief to final delivery, maintaining quality and brand standards.
Performance & Optimization - Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms and dashboards. Track KPIs, analyze outcomes, and proactively optimize tactics to maximize impact and ROI. Deliver clear, data-backed performance reports to stakeholders.
Budget & Resource Management - Own campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation, cost control, and transparent financial tracking.
Compliance & Governance - Ensure all campaign activities adhere to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance policies.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand marketing, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional campaigns.
Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Highly analytical, proficient with marketing analytics tools, and comfortable using data to inform decisions.
Solid understanding of creative development, content strategy, and channel best practices.
Experience managing mid-to-large scale marketing budgets.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English.
Proactive, adaptable, and outcome-oriented mindset.
Familiar with 2B marketing communication tactics and channels
Knowledge or working experience in industry automation and energy management field is a plus
Fluent English communication in both written and oral. The job requires frequent communication with global counterparts.
