What will you do: - Define and leverage various data sources (internal and external) to deliver clear, accurate analysis on macroeconomic trends, products, channels, customer segments, and competitors
- Analyze and report on SE's performance against market and competitive dynamics, identifying key trends and providing actionable recommendations
- Develop and maintain a best-in-class competitive intelligence database to generate insights and identify growth opportunities
- Identify and evaluate new primary and secondary data sources to support strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain centralized databases for channels (e.g., distributors, electricians, system integrators) and competitive landscape (e.g., competitors, revenue, headcount, profitability)
- Lead and facilitate the Annual Market Report (AMR) process, and effectively communicate results to key stakeholders
- Support management decision-making and contribute to the development of country-level strategies and action plans
- Enhance marketing team efficiency and effectiveness through standardized reporting, leveraging industry best practices
- Define, track, and optimize marketing performance KPIs and metrics across the organization
- Develop dashboards, data cubes, and automated reports to ensure consistent and efficient analysis delivery
- Prepare and deliver regular reports for Quarterly Business Reviews
- Conduct ad hoc analysis related to competitive intelligence and market insights
- Support primary market research activities, including survey design, execution, data analysis, and reporting
- Perform in-depth competitor analysis and develop strategic response plans as required
- Support the development and update of country strategies in collaboration with the Head of Business Development
Qualifications- Solid understanding of market intelligence, market strategy, competitive analysis, and business/financial concepts, with working knowledge of BI tools
- Good understanding of country-level market trends, customer segments, and strategic frameworks
- Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering measurable results
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, combined with strategic thinking capability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline (advanced degree is a plus)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant industry is required
- Experience in tracking and optimizing marketing performance across multiple channels and activities is strongly preferred
- Highly analytical with the ability to think creatively and challenge conventional approaches
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrates high intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset
- Strong business English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
