Roles and Responsibilities
1. Support to the PINS Division Head to develop and execute the 5P division strategies and even tactics, focused on:
· People: collaborate with Company/Divisional L& D as well as HRBP to drive transformation in capability building and optimization of organization as per future needs.
· Process: facilitate division-level councils (such as business operations, compliance & culture, government affairs & market access, omni-channel/digital, etc.) composed of cross-function team leads with the purposes of future/long-term oriented strategic alignment and decision-making.
· Progress: track and accelerate BP & LRFP implementation with timely assumption and strategy adjustment.
· Place: establish the eco-systems in G7 (Guangdong, Shanghai, Beijing, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Sichuan & Chongqing and Shandong).
· Portfolio: work together with R& D, strategic marketing, MAF, and GAMA to accelerate new product launches and NRDL approval.
2. Business operation matters:
· Work together with CE & BU to provide data analytics with business insights, SFE metrics & recommendations, scorecard development & tracking, and market intelligence and reporting at division level
· Support division head to oversee overall process with implemented recommendations to enlarge organization effectiveness and cost efficiency
· Coordinate or lead business related projects or communication platforms across PINS Division
3. Support Established Products China Lead and the cross-functional team to develop and implement China established product life-cycle strategies by
· Focusing on delivering a unique value proposition for JJIM’s established products through late lifecycle management expertise.
· Maximizing late lifecycle JJIM’s established product strategy to enhance human health.
· Facilitating a cross-functional team to identify established products of focus, find smart and cost-effective ways to extend product life cycle, as well as maximize the patient and business benefits.
· Managing the EP projects executed on schedule or even ahead of plan.
· Representing China EP cross-functional team to report the progresses at an ad hoc basis in the China LT meeting.
Requirements of the role:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with fluency in English. MBA is plus.
2. Strategic thinking, strong influential power, good collaboration, excellent in data analytics, business insight generation, coordination, and project management. Marketing or commercial excellence experience is plus.
3. Ability to engage with multiple business partners across functions to deliver results
4. Innovate to improve long-term business outcomes, and know how to leverage resources internally and externally for developing business growth.
