As an internal health policy expert for the company, timely track policies in areas such as macroeconomics, business environment, healthcare reform, and central health initiatives, and be able to interpret the policy trends related to the company's fields of disease and their potential business impacts, sharing them regularly to internal stakeholders and management team.

Support the achievement of the company's health access goals, such as the essential drug list and rare disease list.

• 准入和疾病领域政策环境塑造: 积极通过内外部沟通, 设计并高效执行中央卫生准入和疾病领域(肿瘤, 自身免疫, CNS 等)策略项目, 优化政策环境。

Policy environment shaping for market access and disease fields: Actively design and efficiently implement strategy projects for health access and therapeutic areas (e.g., oncology, autoimmune diseases, CNS, etc.) through internal and external communication to optimize the policy environment.
