Job Description:

Drive Corporate and IACO Key strategy

  • Under the leadership of IACO Head, Responsible for rolling corporate and department level strategies, initiatives, projects to upgrade team organizational capability, and to define overall corporate and department access strategies, governance, process, and performance KPIs to ensure teams performance in line with target to deliver positive business contribution.

  • Lead central and provincial GA team to establish long term and trustworthy strategic partnership with government department and collaborators. Lead government affairs and ecosystem development to empower long term development.

  • Take lead for developing flexible and sustainable pricing plans, develop the reliable long-term strategic partnership with key stakeholders, contribute to JJIM business with healthy growth. Lead comprehensive pricing strategy for both in-line products and new launches throughout product lifecycle.

  • Explore digital and cross-field innovative business models to enhance the organizational agility and adaptability

  • Management of department overall resource (HC & CE) plan and optimization.

Team development

  • Responsible for organizational future oriented capability building
  • Drive function talent development agenda and build future talent for team and company

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or above with related majors linked with this position
  • 15 years or above of related experiences in commercial and access, government affairs, senior director level working experiences as a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and good collaboration with cross function teams.
  • Good characters, active, kind and honest, foresight and competitive awareness, self-motivated, and can bear pressure.
  • Advanced computer skills, English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
